Looking to improve your Posture? Do you suffer from back pain, hip problems or shoulder issues? These are just some of the problems addressed by the PostureRx program. Working with 1000's of people I have come to appreciate the incredible intelligence and capacity for healing contained within our bodies. To effectively catalyze this healing and transformation I have designed the PostureRx program using what I call Movement Medicine.
I couldn’t believe how much better my frozen shoulder moved after the Upper Body lesson.
Movement medicine is a combination of myofascial release techniques, yoga, and posture therapy. The techniques and exercises are effective and easy to perform. The exercises aim to counteract years of movement habits, work stress, and old injuries from sports or daily life. I teach the PostureRx Program at the TrueBalance clinic in San Diego, at Radiance Yoga and Therapy in San Diego and at workshops throughout the United States.
