Strengthening exercises are progressively introduced to provide posture support and increase energy. It is recommended that the foundation videos are viewed first to set the body up for the best success. The PostureRx Course

Routines are 10-15 minutes long and produce results quickly. Routines utilize a foam roller, two tennis balls, and a strap. The course addresses three areas of the body: Head and Neck, Mid and Low Back, Hips and Lower Body. The exercises at the beginning of the course are gentle and simpler in nature. Each new routine adds a little extra challenge.

Who Can PostureRx Help?

How Does It Work?

Stiff, tired, aching muscles and joints slow us down and compress our bodies. PostureRx uses a soft foam roller and gentle stretches to promote blood flow and full, comfortable motion. The exercises are taught carefully to provide the awareness you need to fully address your body. PostureRx gives you the techniques that bring relief.
